CSA Service Terms

Review the terms for using Colorado Service Animals and the ASA services connected to it. Understand the clinical review you are requesting, the purchase you authorize and the consent agreement that applies before submitting an application.

Colorado website

CSA provides Colorado information and access to the ASA application and customer services. The central clinical service is governed by the ASA terms and the agreement presented during consent; review those documents before requesting a paid service.

Provide a truthful request through an authorized process

Use the service for your own legitimate request or through an appropriate authorized process. Do not misstate symptoms, training, identity, or animal information, and do not submit another person’s clinical information without authority.

  • Correct an inaccurate entry through the appropriate case process.
  • Clarify authorization when helping somebody else apply.
  • Keep the information associated with the intended customer record.

The professional determines the appropriate clinical outcome

A purchase or screening result does not guarantee qualification or a letter. The reviewing licensed professional determines whether the requested documentation is appropriate and may require additional information.

Keep account use within the authorized customer's record

Keep credentials private and use the account associated with your case. Contact support if you suspect unauthorized access; do not attempt to access another customer’s records or circumvent access controls.

Report an access concern clearly

Provide enough information to identify the account and suspected problem, while leaving passwords and payment credentials out of the report.

Review purchase details before authorizing the charge

  1. Selected inclusions

Review the current catalog and checkout amount before authorizing a payment. Clinical services, optional identification items, and physical orders have distinct inclusions; do not assume a digital plan includes shipping.

  2. Payment record

Retain the transaction and case reference so a later inquiry can identify the correct purchase.

  3. Refund process

Refund requests follow the central service policy and the applicable transaction record. The refund page explains the published process and how to identify the relevant purchase.

Apply for an assessment with a clinical outcome

Once the scope and consent terms are clear, a free screening gives the reviewing professional a starting point. The service purchases a review process; qualification remains individual.

Colorado Service Animals does not offer an ESA registry. A professional evaluation determines whether documentation is appropriate; optional cards and certificates do not establish access rights.

Preserve issued findings and respect their stated purpose

Use issued documentation accurately and preserve the original. A letter does not guarantee a landlord’s, airline’s, employer’s, or other organization’s decision, and it does not establish dog training that has not occurred.

The guides provide general information rather than individual legal or medical advice. Brand assets and site materials remain subject to their owners’ rights; photographs identify any separate license terms.

Questions about the boundaries of a purchase

  1. Do these educational pages expand the package I purchased?

The selected service and applicable agreement define the purchase. General guide material does not add training, shipping or other unlisted services to a plan.

  2. Can I use another person's account to view their assessment?

Use an appropriate authorized process when assisting another person. Access to private records should not be assumed from possession of a device or knowledge of a password.

  3. Does a signed letter force every third party to reach the same decision?

A clinical finding is distinct from a decision made under a housing, workplace, airline or other process. Determine which requirements apply to the particular setting.

  4. Where should I check the clinical service's dispute provisions?

Read the complete ASA terms and the consent agreement applying to the request. This website overview does not replace those service-specific provisions.

  5. Can I ask a service question before I accept consent?

Yes. Identify the clause, plan or requested service that is unclear and contact support before accepting. Keep the answer with the version of the agreement presented to you.

  6. Do the website terms settle a Colorado housing dispute?

The service agreement describes the relationship with the provider. A housing dispute depends on the relevant facts and applicable housing law; these terms do not decide another party's obligations.

Website-terms guidance for Colorado applicants, reviewed October 2026. It is not legal or medical advice and does not replace the agreement applying to a purchase. Local authority rules may change; check the current requirements before relying on them. An application never guarantees clinical approval. Colorado consumer questions

The Colorado Attorney General’s complaint directory separates products and services, privacy and housing issues. Choose the category that describes the concern; a website service agreement does not replace the agency’s process or provide individual legal representation.

Clarify an unfamiliar service term before accepting it

Send the relevant plan or agreement question to support@coloradoserviceanimals.net before proceeding. Include the provision you do not understand so the team can identify the applicable service record or terms.
